The Swedish massage is much gentler than deep tissue massage and promotes relaxation and tension relief. It is a great massage for people who hold tension in the back, shoulders, and neck areas for general blood flow.
The pregnancy massage is specially adapted to provide a gentle, soothing massage for women during their pregnancy to provide much-needed relief, relieve aches and pains, and to enjoy some relaxation time.
My facials are done by using Clarins and include neck and shoulder massage.
